Our health plan is always looking for ways to improve the user experience of our provider portal. We are excited to reveal the newest enhancements to our provider portal that will help streamline your user experience.
The provider portal claims redesign will enhance the claims portion of the secure provider portal, while also changing its overall look and feel.
Enhancements include:
- A newly created claims dashboard that will enable quick and easy access to the most relevant claims information on just one page.
- An expanded claims details page that displays all applicable reference numbers associated with a specific claim.
- A modernized design aesthetic with intuitive features and comprehensive claims information.
