COVID-19 Vaccination clinics are offered in partnership with Health Net
Health Net will deploy and staff its recreational vehicles (RVs) to select vaccination sites
WellCare, Health Net and San Bernardino County are working together to vaccinate thousands more residents over the next two months!
This partnership will increase the number of COVID-19 vaccines administered per day at various county clinics. Health Net will also staff two county-owned vans, which will be used to access and vaccinate residents in remote and hard-to-reach communities across the county.
Patients can sign up at sbcovid19.com/vaccine.
These events are not limited to WellCare or Health Net patients. Any San Bernardino County resident, eligible to receive the vaccine based on California eligibility guidelines, can go to sbcovid19.com/vaccine and set up an appointment at the sites listed below.
Transportation Services through Access2Care
If your WellCare patients need transportation to any of the events listed below, they must use Access2Care. Access2Care is the transportation vendor provided by the member’s WellCare plan. Access2Care can be reached at 866-653-0975. Transportation benefits have some restrictions and limitations. Check the member’s Summary of Benefits or Evidence of Coverage or call the WellCare Customer Service Department at 866-999-3945, with questions.
